Why an on-site dental laboratory makes a difference
Exceptional dental care begins with precision, skill and advanced technology. That is why Elf's Smiles works with a fully equipped laboratory on-site in Antalya, where crowns and veneers are produced in-house instead of being sent to an external lab.
From digital scan to finished restoration
Before and after tooth preparation – and before and after implant placement – your teeth are recorded with 3Shape 3D intraoral scanners. These digital impressions replace traditional impression trays and give the laboratory an accurate model of your bite. Where classic impressions are needed, we use high-precision materials from Zhermack and 3M to avoid distortion.
Based on this data, the laboratory designs and mills your restorations. For permanent crowns we use monolithic Dental Direkt DD cubeY HL zirconia, milled from a single block for high strength and a natural appearance. E-max crowns and laminate veneers are made from lithium disilicate glass-ceramic, valued for its translucency.
